SOL's artistic journey began in early childhood, in the midst of a turbulent split parent household, where sketching anime and cartoons became his sanctuary from the discord around him.

A pivotal moment at the age of 12 momentarily halted his artistic pursuits when his single-mother unintentionally trashed his art in the midst of packing to move homes, leaving a lasting scar on the innate artist which became dormant on the inside of him.

Undeterred, SOL turned his focus to football, achieving remarkable success with high school victories and a Texas 5A state championship. However, setbacks followed, leading to the loss of a coveted D1 scholarship and a felony charge facing 5 years in prison.

Despite these challenges, SOL emerged with a renewed purpose—to inspire through his art. Battling personal struggles, he found solace and a renewed passion for his artistic endeavors, becoming a beacon of hope for youth dealing with mental illness in underserved communities.

SOL's journey is one of resilience and faith. His unwavering belief in God has been a guiding force, leading him back to the arts where his creations now resonate with a diverse audience, including professional athletes and Fortune 500 CEOs.
