Bill Van Werden

My work utilizes multiple methods of practice including sculpture, video, photography and painting. The many subjects of interest to me are linguistics, Western mythology, Americana and the origins of the communicative image. My conceptualization begins with the study of history, art history, philosophy, and contemporary theory.
