Viktoriya Richardson

Viktoriya Rіchardson was born in Odessa, Ukraine, “The pearl of the Black Sea”. She moved to the UK in the early 2000`s where she now lives and works in Canterbury, Kent. Viktoriya studied art as a part of her education and for many years Viktoriya had a dormant desire to paint.

Viktoriya crafted an individual style that brings movement flow to the canvas with the use of vibrant colour and technique to create wonderful imagery of her subjects. Combining her Ukrainian upbringing with a creative drive inspired by the English vibes, Viktoriya Richardson presents bold yet sensitive figurative studies with a confident style and striking use of light and colour.

At this moment Viktoria's preferred medium is acrylic on canvas, using palette knife and flat brush. Her work brings to life icons from the world of film, music, sport, architecture as well as her own imaginative compositions.

Viktoriya Richardson is a multidisciplinary artist whose work spans a wide range of mediums and styles. She grew up in the city of Odessa where she discovered her love for art at a young age. Viktoriya`s art is characterised by its bold use of colour and texture, as well as her use of found objects and unconventional styles.
