Vita Banko

Vita Banko is a collage artist currently based between Spain and Lithuania. She graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts and has a rich background in graphic design and academia, having taught at the European Humanities University in Vilnius. In 2011, she founded her own art and design platform, TypeandStuff, which marked a significant step in her artistic journey.
Banko's work is characterized by vibrant, abstract compositions that blend collage and mixed media techniques. She often utilizes materials such as cotton, acrylic-dyed paper, and wood to create pieces that explore the interplay of color, form, and texture.
