Yuli Yap

Yuli was diagnosed with Asperger’s disease when he was 18 years old. As he had problems socializing with others, he was often side-lined and misunderstood by his peers.

Instead of submitting to his condition, Yuli made the best of what he had and dicovered the beauty of life and his surroundings. He finds animals and landscapes particularly beautiful, and so they are his most frequented sources of inspiration.

Yuli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Curtin University, Western Australia and has since been making art full-time.
