My work is a visual diary of collective and individual emotions, observed in people that I encounter or come across on social media, and also of self-reflection and life's ordinary details discovered and stitched together while travelling. The application of bold, expressive colours and thick textures are the main characteristics of my paintings.



Although I use my personal and publicly available images as a starting point, spontaneous dynamic brushstrokes and hues play a significant role in the painting process, often dictating a theme I don’t ideate before beginning to create a particular piece. An additional layer of meaning is usually attached by the viewer whose set of internal data containing either deep personal turmoils or tranquil oasis narrates stories of its own.
To me, creative living is more than a practice of visual arts. It's the courage to live according to your own imagination, not someone else's noooormal standards. My blog focuses on the forms of free self-expression in all spheres of life – from individual lifestyle and career choices to culture and society.
