Alessio Lucarini embarked on his artistic path following his graduation from the University of Bologna in 2014, where he pursued a degree in DAMS (Drama, Art and music studies). His initial exploration was rooted in photography, culminating in the series titled Colors (2020-2022). This body of work embodies a visual expression that anticipates the forthcoming evolution of his artistic practice. ​ The transition from photography to painting should not merely be perceived as a change in medium; rather, it represents a significant advancement in his approach to artistic creation.
