Vimal Chandran

Vimal Chandran(b. 1984) is a visual artist and illustrator who works in a variety of media, he plays with words and brushes to actualize his ideas on paper. A transcendent artist, he sways across boundaries of time and space and create images that take us to a psychedelic experience of colors and imagination. By applying a poetic and often metaphorical language, his works appear as dreamlike images in which fiction and reality meet, well-known tropes merge, meanings shift, past and present fuse.
Vimal Chandran currently lives and works in Bangalore,Karnataka as a freelance illustrator,photographer and a visual artist .
