Chloe Albert

Chloe Albert is a New York-based artist working at the intersection of photography and sculpture. She treats photographs as a tactile object, often printing on textured, raw, frayed materials to mirror the physical reality of urban spaces.

In her latest series, Handball Sanctuary, Albert documents the "architecture of endurance." By saturating textured fabrics with archival pigment, she mimics the grit and stress of the courts, transforming them from simple locations into sites of public ritual. The result is a sculptural object that captures the weight and significance of the everyday.
