Danielle Elisabeth

Danielle Elisabeth is a photographer and visual artist whose work explores themes of memory, psychology, and the feminine experience. Working across photography, video, textile, and installation, she investigates how emotional and psychological undercurrents manifest through visual form.

Trained in photography at Parsons School of Design in New York, her early work embraced cinematic language to construct narrative tension and voyeuristic distance. This led to an expansion into video and immersive installation, where she began exploring themes of absence, loss, and interiority.

Returning to still photography, Danielle now allows cinematic mood to act as a subtle reminder rather than a primary strategy. Her current practice merges natural light, spatial ambiguity, and understated gesture to evoke psychological resonance without narrative closure.

She is currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, where she is developing a body of work that interlaces portraiture, landscape, and material processes to create emotionally charged environments that invite quiet introspection.
