Dimitris Sarasitis was born in 1963 in Athens. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts under professors P. Tetsis, R. Papaspyrou, and D. Mytaras.
He graduated in 1996. Works of his form part of prestigious private and public collections, like the Bank of Greece, the Greek Parliament, the Ecumenical Patriarchate and more.
Some of his works have been auctioned by Sotheby's Institute of Art.
