Diogo Lando

My work emerges from an instinctive current, where emotion, image, and impulse converge in search of something honest and unexpected.
It is a space of constant experimentation, where ideas and emotions meet and confront each other, where slogans or social references intersect with classical imagery and thought. Although I use digital and technological tools in the conception and production of my works, my process remains deeply intuitive, free from formal or thematic constraints. I trust in spontaneity as a guiding force, allowing each creative gesture to find its way until the work reveals its true essence.

My creations take shape through the layering of images and textures, anchored in marked contrasts: between words and meanings, between the visual and the conceptual. This dialogue of opposites reflects my effort to capture the complexity of the human experience. More than just representation, I seek to create spaces where the audience can lose themselves, explore hidden layers, and eventually reconnect between the past and the present.
