Lola Jovanovic

Lola Jovanovic is a passionate mixed media artist of Serbian heritage. She lives in Orange County, California. Studied at the University Of Belgrade, Faculty for Applied Arts, BA in Graphic Design. For over 20 years, she has passionately devoted her life to the arts including drawing, painting, graphic and textile design.
Art and creative expression has always been a part of her life. From a very young age, she has been an active painter, but didn't start selling her work professionally until early 1998.
Intense colors, dancing brushstrokes, generously painted faces and bodies - these are the first impressions of expressive paintings by Lola Jovanovic. Her main intention is to arrange harmony and beauty. In the center of her artworks is the nude: natural and graceful. The observer's fantasy itself can freely develop.
The nudes arise from her daily observations and are stimulated by her fantasy.
