Ramz Gadzh

Ramz Gadzh lives and works in Stockholm.
I grew up in a southern republic of the Soviet Union and have always enjoyed drawing and drawing as a child.
I am inspired by society, people and our world. When I was a young artist, I worked a lot in the portrait genre. In recent times, my inspiration is often drawn from society and from within.
Symbolism is my favorite direction. With the symbols I can express myself in the best way. But I do not just appear in symbolism. My works can be varied from a landscape of impressionism style to political caricatures. Techniques are also different. I experiment a lot with techniques, mixing them together. However, I still use mainly oil.
I use painting as a trace to tell, criticize, explain what I am unable to express in speech or writing. So that I tell in my art about love, life and death, good and evil, about the burdens of people and the burdens of modern society, about lying politicians, false values ​​etc.
In art, the most important thing to me is the idea. My favorite artist is Robert Banksy. But I am also inspired by Leonardo do Vinchi, Bosch, Klimt.
