A lot of people ask me how my style began and how I got into drawing, this all began when I was 14 years old and after going through 2 of my last major eye operations to correct my sight cosmetically at Moorfields in London which left me with chronic double vision (which I still suffer from today almost 38 years later) I somehow developed a renewed passion for drawing in order to pass and spend my recovery time.

You could say this was a Spiderman / Peter Parker moment because I noticed that my new invigorated style and passion had dramatically increased / improved and changed and I was almost able to replicate images through black and white which I wasn’t able to do before my operations. Since then and through working with the style on an off throughout my career I have been able to refine and hone this skill further specialising in aviation themed work.

I specialise in highly detailed black and white pencil drawings not just in aviation or military themed work but in all subjects as well as adding a splash of colour using colour pencils. My speciality is aviation but my style is well developed with over 35 years' experience and I can illustrate / draw anything a client / customer wishes or desires.
