Sv Bell (b. 1968, Québec, Canada) is a painter and professional illustrator since 1992. Sv Bell's work has been featured on many rock album covers, as well as book and magazine covers.
Multidisciplinary artist, Sv Bell also produced and directed music videos and feature films that received awards in festivals, found international distribution and aired on TV, dubbed in foreign languages. He also worked as designer for a daily newspaper, and art director for a science fiction magazine, where he got to connect with famous artists like H.R. Giger, John Howe or Wojtek Siudmak, with whom he maintained correspondence for many years. Sv Bell is also a comic book author and illustrator. His stories can be seen in several underground, independently published books, all of which are dealing with supernatural and surrealism.
Being part of most local artistic and commercial events, Sv Bell loves to connect with his audience; his workspace is equipped with cameras, and he is streaming live from his studio almost every day. Art lovers and fans can watch the artist at work and interact with him in real time thru his personal website.
