Scott Bear

Scott Bear is self-taught in visual arts. His photographic work is changed through digital manipulation to achieve the right effect for each work that is displayed. Exploring symbolic representations of solitude, reflections, spirit, light & darkness. The final work with colorful, dark tones with a familiar motif of lucid dreams, spirits & supernatural beings in his works vexes a curious sub-conscious abstractness. I hope that the viewer who finds a sense of wonder in my work takes something in return in the sense of curiosity that opens doors to certain aspects in the art itself in this strange realm.
