Katie Gonzalez

Katie Gonzalez is an artist based in Colorado, United States. Most days she can be found making art in a variety of mediums such as paint, pencil, or pastel. "When my brush is loaded with paint or my fingers are covered in charcoal...it's a joy I can't describe. I am so thankful anytime I can work on a piece of art."

It's been 30 years since starting in commissioned portraiture and architectural illustration. While she still enjoys when projects like these arise, her current focus is in nature themes and landscapes. Katie is continually inspired by color and contrast, and the beauty she see's in the created world.
