Christian Calvillo

Christian Calvillo had his first approaches to painting at the age of 16. Obtained a degree in photography from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2006; Obtained a degree in painting from the University of Guanajuato in 2008.
Lived in Florence studying Renaissance influences in modern art in 2011.

His work has two facets: the abstract aspect where color and shape represents human perceptions and reactions through patterns and color.

The figurative aspect shows how currenlty the condition of human thought and ideology is in a frantic change due to the influence of the expressions on the various media and how it translates this expressions in ironic and descriptive manifestations of pop and street art.
