Painting is at the heart of a search for material and expressiveness. The legacy of contemporary painters like Eugène Leroy, Jacques Truphémus or Milton Resnick affirms my attachment to the sole means of painting as a mode of expression. The obsession with plants inaugurates a new theme that appeared in December 2016. This universe allowed me to fully express the idea of ​​a sovereign and fanciful nature: The color consuming itself directly to give the painted subject a radiant force and immediate attractiveness. The year 2023 announces a radical break in style and technique in order to breathe new life into my painting. The sources of inspiration are then renewed to move towards Gothic architecture, the imaginary forms of art nouveau or the more structured forms of art deco.
