Ernesto Fanzaga

He was born as an artist towards the end of the 70s, with his first painting works. His artistic expression is characterized by the continuous exploration of both the pictorial technique and the content, thus escaping a repetitive and self-referential dimension. We could say that each of his works is built as a journey, an exploration of new paths that emerge through the process of artistic creation.
His are complex, meticulous and detailed works, the result of a work that we could define as almost artisanal, long and meticulous which takes the form of an absolutely unique work that is never repetitive. His works appear almost excessive, overabundant and extremely rich in detail, so much so that we could say that there are more works within just one. And in fact his love for mosaics is no coincidence, where each tessera already has its own purpose in itself but finds its full meaning only within a whole that transcends it. If we want a metaphor of human existence which is fulfilled in its individuality but finds its full meaning only in the community to which it belongs.

Graduated in philosophy at the University of Milan

He has participated in various artistic events, collective and personal exhibitions.
Some of his works have been used for book covers and conference posters and are featured in various corporate buildings.
