Iwona Gladysiewicz

I am a philosopher & artist photographer ( from 2009).
(Born in 1972 in Poland, ).

I graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow - MA in Philosophy and next I completed Ph.D. courses in Philosophy (Department of Philosophy) and European Studies (Department of Politics and International Studies) at the University. I also studied and conducted my research at Harvard University (2005) and Tilburg University in Netherlands ( 2004).
Moreover, I attended a course in the Academy of Fine Arts (Department of Graphics) in Katowice and a course in Graphics and Computer Animation in Studio of Animated Films in Krakow.
My interests include philosophy of language , philosophy of mind and philosophy of politics, pragmatism and analytical philosophy; widely understood art photography, contemporary & old arts.

I received a couple of academic awards, among other things, a fellowship from SYLFF (The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund in Tokyo, 2004).
