Kevin Kane

Kevin Kane is an artist who works in paint (oil and acrylics), sculpture, print, moving image and installations, predominantly interested in portraiture. He has a background in science and is also interested in how technology can be incorporated into his artworks. His work is concerned with human relationships and challenging societal norms around definitions of love.

Currently studying BA Contemporary Portraiture at Art Academy (London)

He has shown at Royal Society of Portrait Painters, Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, the Scottish Portrait Awards, Woolwich Contemporary Print Exhibition, and KKWEER Arts exhibitions, an annual group show of queer art, of which he is the founder.
