After being working as director for national italian television, cinema, theatre, since 1997 he devoted himself full-time to contemporary art: discover the grater and transforms it from everyday tool in a sign that will inspire all his creative and artistic world: the grater as a movie of his life, as an emblem of the city degraded.
That Massimo Antonelli’s grater, metaphorically represents housing is a given. But what housing? Certainly not an organic housing like Wright’s house on the waterfall. On the contrary, one could immediately call it anti-organic, a prison, a beehive.
