Raoul Ruffo

I am a self taught, self made artist. I began in my mid teens with sketching and it was until I received my first canvas and oil painting set as a gift that I produced my 1st work of art in my mid 20`s. Mostly everyone that visited my home wanted to buy this 1st oil painting but since it was a gift for my wife, I never accepted any offer. This led me to produce some other oil paintings which I did sell on private exhibits, high end interior decoration stores, auctions and by word of mouth.
My style is unique with simple organic forms with high emphasis in color and contrast.

My college education is non art related having a major in Hotel Management but I have always been involved in art exhibits and anything related to art.

Several private exhibitions in tennis and golf clubs in Mexico City in the late 1990´s.
Displayed and sold art work in high end decoration stores in Mexico City.
