A musician at heart. I played drums for many years, then had my voice opened by Kenneth G. Mills, and sang with The Star Scape Singers at Carnegie Hall seven times, Lincoln Center, NY, Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto, and on five major European tours. Artwork was a distant star and became a passion, especially after experiencing a devastating stroke in 2023. I had a miraculous recovery, and art was a significant part of that healing. I painted every day, wrote a book called "Hope, Recovery and a New Life. Then I wrote another book called "Riding the Sound Wave," An autobiography. I live in Ottawa and paint out of our studio with my wife, who is a highly talented artist and muralist—a very harmonic relationship. We are so happy to paint. The studio is a very special place.
