Marek Raminski

In March 1953, Marek Raminski was born in Mazury, Poland, the son of an engineer and an accountant. The grandfather, a studied painter, exerted a special influence on him from an early age. That's why Marek comes into contact with fine art at an early age. The smell of fresh oil paints and turpentine burns irretrievably in his memory. Just like the memory of sitting as a model of the grandfather at the age of 4 years. At the age of 19, his talent shows for the first time. He spends a day with a friendly architecture student in the park. His friend paints a tree, Marek does it spontaneously. About the result shows his friend excited and motivates him to continue to draw. Very young, he founds a family and is already the father of twins, while still undergoing training as an engineer at Danziger Polytechnic. In 1987, at the age of 34, Marek traveled to the West for six months to earn money for renovations.
