It’s my goal is to continue painting themes to enhance Celestial and Astronomical events. I follow my instincts and develop my own techniques to assure my art is genuine. Because my paintings have layered texture hard to duplicate with technology, I believe my originals are positioned to gain value. I have been told my paintings provoke inspiring and philosophical thought about one’s place & purpose in the understanding of the Universe. My paintings have sparked philosophical and spiritual conversations!
During the 90’s he worked as a free lance cartoonist and gained experience working with the late syndicated Cartoonist Eliot Caplin (brother of Al Capp). He also worked with Bill Langley, senior cartoon illustrator for Walt Disney company. His works have been published in several New England newspapers.
Throughout his adult life he pursued interest in Astronomy and purchased high quality professional telescopes. It was this experience that inspired his desire to paint celestial themes starting in the late 90’s and provide the public with a unique perspective of the motions, light, mystery of the Universe.

Alex earned a B.S. in Physics in 1980, worked in engineering, science, graphic arts, and later in management and business consulting. He is also an accomplished musician.
