Jeanne d'Art was born in 1998 in Yerevan. Her artistic name is likened to the French national heroine, Jeanne d'Arc, who led the French people's liberation struggle against the British. Her name meant Jeanne who is from Arc, and the name of the artist Jeanne (Zhanna) means Jeanne who is from ART. And so the idea of creating a name was born․
Jeanne is a lawyer by profession, she has a master's degree in law. She speaks 4 languages.
She loves painting from an early age - it is one of her biggest hobbies. She never attended painting. But she believes that it is not necessary to learn for a real artist, it comes from within.
