I'm Ada, an abstract postmodernist painter from Poland.
I work on large formats and abstract monochromatic compositions, where I reveal my sensitivity to color, form, and the space present in the paintings. To interpret the surrounding landscapes, I employ bold brushstrokes and applies a minimalist palette. Light and shadow play a significant role in my work, and the form expresses the essence of each frame.
Currently, I live and create in Gdańsk, where I run my painting studio, teaching painting and organizing Art therapy sessions.
Originally from Bydgoszcz, I graduated from the Fine Arts department at the University of Toruń (MA in painting in 2002) and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw.
My paintings have been exhibited both nationally and internationally, in solo and group exhibitions, including in Zurich and the Louvre in Paris. I have collaborated with Galerie Manualis and Atelier Vayda (Paris), the Castle Museum in Malbork (Poland), and the Art Center Galeria EL in Elbląg (Poland), working on projects related to culture, art, and cultural education.
