Professor of Visual Art (Painting and Drawing).
Honorary member of the International Union of Watercolorists (IWS).
Member of the Union of Artists of Finland.
17 years of teaching experience in visual art at the University of Eastern Finland.
Doctor of Theology and Philosophy.
In 1973 Oleg graduated from the Ukrainian Institute of Printing in Lviv with a degree in Graphic Arts.
In 1983 he graduated with a Doctorate in Fine Arts from St. Petersburg State Repin Academy of Fine Arts.
