Helga Elsner Torres

Helga Elsner Torres, born in Peru, is a visual artist and author.
Her work reflects on the topics of German-Peruvian post-colonial (power) relations, post-colonial waves of immigration and the coming to terms with the colonial past. She lives and works between Berlin and Lima.
