Kenneth Kirschner

After the Art Academy Utrecht in 1986, Kenneth had an extensive
career in advertising as Art and Creative Director and worked for
renowned advertising agencies in Amsterdam and New York.

During this time he met and collaborated with artists like: Herman Brood, Malcolm Liebke, and Keith Haring.

In 2018 the MW Gallery Amsterdam showed a solo exhibition by Kenneth Kirschner called “Hommage a Basquiat” a series of masks inspired by Basquiat’s paintings.

In 2020 the MW Gallery Amsterdam showed a second series in a
dual exhibition called “Ten Masquiats”
