Anne Marno

Anne Marno, born in Düsseldorf, Germany, where she also has her studio, is a professional artist and holds a doctorate in art history and medicine.
Since studying painting and graphics at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, she has presented her artistic work in numerous solo and group exhibitions.
Anne Marno's artworks are characterised by an expressive, emotional painting style. Her mostly abstract, often large-format works in various painting techniques are created in series. They are inspired by her travels to the Far East, classical music, natural relics and her engagement with science. What is special about her works is the impressive picture surface that the artist creates using a self-developed technique with acrylic paint on high-quality canvas fabric.
Part of the artist's proceeds from the sale of her works are donated to nature and animal protection organizations.
