Veronique Clem Magnes

Veronique Clem Magnes is a photographer and video artist living and working between Paris and Athens. Her journey-from studio photography to observing nature, objects, and life’s events-has shaped her view that an image is both a revelation and an illusion.

She is a founding member of the Cultural Society of AINOS and oversees the Marie Blanche Library collection in Athens.

Diploma in Professional Photography from the Academy of Limoges (France); studies in Orthodox Philosophy and Theology at the Institute St Sergius in Paris; and a Higher National Diploma from the London College of Printing and Communication in the History and Conservation of the Book, specializing in design and modern media.

I have exhibited in academic exhibitions in London (1997), Oxford (1998), and Athens (2007, 2013, 2023). Drawing on my academic and professional experience, I am exploring a new approach to digital abstract imagery. By treating layers, collage, and filters like a painter’s palette, I aim to create more expressive and innovative compositions.
