Born and residing in Madrid, she showed an innate interest in ceramics and sculpture from an early age, disciplines she explored in depth.
Throughout her career, she studied photography, printmaking, and painting, which has allowed her to develop a multidisciplinary approach to her work.
She has dedicated much of her life to teaching, particularly in the areas of ceramics and sculpture.
Currently, she finds watercolor and collage to be the mediums where she can merge these visual narratives.
Her work pays homage to the sketch, a bridge between abstract concepts and their concrete realization, celebrating the imperfections and possibilities that emerge from the creative process.
In reflecting on ceramics on paper, we encounter an intriguing process: the translation of a three-dimensional form into a flat representation, allowing for the exploration of concepts, colors, and shapes from a different perspective.
