Evgenia Ruchka

I am an artist, mother of 4 children, Waldorf school teacher, illustrator, dreamer and researcher of life.
I was born in Ukraine in 1977. Since 2022, I have been living in the south of Germany. The language of art is a universal language understood by all people of the planet. And I am very happy to own it and study it even more deeply.
I strive to create beautiful works that highlight the beauty of the world.
I believe that beauty, good feelings, observation of world phenomena heal our world and fill people's souls with strength. In my art, I use author's techniques, all those elements that accompanied me on the path of creative development: chalk, beeswax, gelatin, plants, clay, ink, acrylic paints, damar resin, linen fabric, wood, gold potal, varnishes.

I really like to learn.
I graduated from a children's art school in Ukraine. Then I studied for 6 years at the Kyiv Academy of Arts at the Faculty of Graphics (Design, Professors V. Shostya, O. Mykula). I sincerely thank my parents for this opportunity.
Then I studied at the Waldorf seminar for teachers and simultaneously filled my artistic baggage with anthroposophical principles.
There is also a school of icon painting in my background.

There were no large exhibitions in my creative life, there were small, spontaneous, chamber ones for friends or colleagues. There were illustrated books that spread around the world. There were series of postcards about animals and plants.
The last exhibition was in Germany and was called: "Heavenly and Earthly Man"
