My name is Miklos Pattantyus, a Hungarian artist based in Budapest. In the 1970s and 1980s, I designed posters, logos, and visual identities for both national and international clients, while continuing my work as a professional painter to this day.
I was honoured as the “Most Promising Young Artist” at the 1970 Poster Biennale in Warsaw, and my work has been featured in renowned magazines, such as Graphics and Design. I also create portraits and am open to commissions of this kind. My paintings are part of private collections worldwide, including in the USA, Germany, Austria, and Spain. A regular exhibitor in Hungarian galleries, I have also illustrated numerous books.
I studied at the High School of Fine Arts, at the painters’ department in Budapest. I graduated in 1971 at the graphics department of the University of Crafts.
