I practice Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and various Taoist forms, while painting has been my companion since childhood."

Studies at the Athens School of Fine Arts in the workshops of Painting, Byzantine Icon Technique and Fresco Painting, Set Design, Sculpture, Graphic Arts, Art Conservation, as well as in Theoretical Sciences such as Art History and Theory, Spatial Theory, Architectural History, Philosophy, Aesthetic Psychology, and Pedagogy.
