My involvement in the art scene is a divine one. An act that could happen only by supernatural planning . a journey through Failure , hope, resilience, growth and Faith. I said this because I never would have imagined myself becoming a visual artist. I loved acting , media reports , and library studies growing up and that is all I have ever wanted to be as an adult.

Then came the accidental scene when during my registration for Joint Admission Matriculation Board exam, the cyber café attendant selected art as my first choice of study. Although, I didn’t think I would scale through that one mistake, I just had this instinctive feeling to stick to it, because from my tender age, I had no idea on how it was and I never offered fine art in school. I thought of getting a change of course form into another department if I am given the admission into art.

I got the admission into the art department, on getting there, I loved what I saw, everyone was busy with work. I had this instinct to stay in the department. It was not an easy decision because I couldn’t even draw a perfect circle not to talk of drawing a figure, I failed, I thought of quitting, I felt the department was not for me.
