I was born in Salamanca (Spain) in 1964 and currently live in Madrid. For over thirty years, I have painted in oils almost “clandestinely”, sharing my work only with family and a few close friends. Throughout this time, I have created nearly 300 paintings, many of which now hang in private homes.
I am entirely self-taught. I have never attended art classes or received formal training; instead, I have developed my craft through countless hours of solitary study — immersing myself in books, images, and the direct contemplation of masterpieces in museums.
Each artwork I present is the fruit of many hours of dedication, labor, and silent passion. My themes and styles have varied over time, always driven by a deep respect for painting as a lifelong practice and inner necessity.

I hold university degrees in both Philosophy and Psychology and have worked as a High School Teacher for over 33 years. As a painter, I am entirely self-taught, having dedicated more than three decades to the study and practice of oil painting through personal research, observation, and reflection
