AGATA REK IS A POLISH-AMERICAN INTERDISCIPLINARY ARTIST SPECIALIZING IN COLLAGE ART TECHNIQUES, AND PHOTO MANIPULATION. WORKING ON BOTH COMMERCIAL AND ARTISTIC EVENTS.
Having lived in Europe and the United States, she feels at ease with the visual landscapes of both. Experimentation is an integral part of her working process. Her curious mind and desire for learning are perceived in her practice, conductive diverse body of work. She worked across several media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and illustration.
Educated as an architect leads her work to clean forms, symbolism, great attention to composition, and thinking out of the box - which is her greatest strength. Her work typically features a point of view created from a sense of observation and intuition.
Because Agata’s work bridges multiple disciplines, her skills are valued by a diverse range of international clients, primarily related to fashion which is her natural habitat. She was commissioned to create imagery for fashion brands, designers, magazines, and publishers.
