Andreas Felger, born 1935 in Mössingen / Baden-Württemberg, has been active as a painter, woodcutter, sculptor and textile designer for over six decades now.
From 1954 to 1958 Andreas Felger completed his art studies at the Academy of Art in Munich under Prof. Hillerbrand. Parallel to his art studies and later to his freelance artistic work, he worked as a freelance textile designer for Pausa AG (1955-80) and designed such famous textile series as "Africana" or "Mexicana".
Since 1974 the works of Andreas Felger have been shown in over 500 individual exhibitions at home and abroad. Here is a representative selection:
