HORN RE-BORN

In this work, the inspiration comes from the concept of regeneration and rebirth. Initially expressed by the initial work I did, a rhino horn, re-incarnated in stone (clay), I called the HORN RE-BORN. It is made up of clay hairs, which, solidifying, create, model and shape the final stone horn; in some kind of artificial natural growth process imitation. From this first work, the idea was to make the horn RE-BORN again, but no longer with some kind of its original appearance, but with different "CASING"s, made of different materials, different natural elements.
