Born in Rome in 1971, Folliero currently resides and works as a graphic designer, artist, and tattooist. His artistic journey spans various mediums and styles. During the 1980s, while attending art school, he honed his skills with the airbrush, establishing himself as a graphic illustrator and collaborating with numerous clothing brands. In the late 1990s, he delved into graffiti art, becoming known for his intricate lettering sprayed across city walls. However, as he matured and sought new challenges, his focus shifted towards street art. Embracing stencils as a means of achieving finer detail more efficiently, he found a new avenue for creative expression. Fascinated by the tactile qualities and translucency of melted plastics, Folliero began experimenting with unconventional materials, using them to define his imagery. His work often explores and subverts the icons of pop culture, offering a fresh perspective on contemporary art. Through his art, Folliero challenges conventional boundaries, pushing the limits of creativity and reinventing familiar motifs in unexpected ways.
