Born In Bath, UK. For a while I have been making completely new work away from my Polar travels, some inspired by my wilderness garden, others from my imagination. A passion for Polar regions led to painting expeditions to Svalbard, and NE Greenland with Inuit hunters, as well as paid lecturing on Expedition Tour Ships, and as Artist in Residence and paid staff in Antarctica. Funding by the Quark Programme, paid lecturing, workshops, and commissioned portraits and other painting sales. Member of the Arctic Club.
