This work was performed on the cardboard box that we used to move to our next country destination. I wanted to mark the b...

"My art is deeply influenced by my nomadic lifestyle, which takes me from one country to another. My works reflect my impressions, feelings, observations, and the emotional connection I feel with the place I find myself in at that particular moment of my life." Natasha GRANATA is a nomadic artist who constantly travels in search of the soul of cities. That spirit that hides behind the streets and buildings and can only be captured for brief moments when we allow ourselves to be absorbed by their atmosphere. Natasha is a multidisciplinary artist who works with various techniques, from traditional to experimental, using watercolor, ink, acrylic, and charcoal on everyday materials such as cardboard, paper, and wood. Her lifestyle, marked by frequent moves from one country to another, strongly influences her work, primarily inspired by urban landscapes as a cultural and spiritual reflection of the people. Her motivation is to seek new effects, perspectives, and harmonious combinations of colors, shapes, and rhythms that cannot be replicated. Always looking forward and following her own path. Her artistic project was born this way: a collection of unique works created on cardboard boxes used in her moves, inspired by the first impressions of the cities where she lived at a particular moment in her life. A kind of diary of an empty box. Traveling light, seeking new experiences, and changing countries, languages, customs, and cultures has provided her with invaluable experiences. Each move adds deep memories and fragile emotions to her luggage. Artistic Philosophy Each new city broadens her perception of the world, teaching her to see it from different perspectives. From the spiritual calm of a small village in Asia to the frantic dynamism of a European metropolis, each experience enriches her work with unique nuances. Natasha has learned to appreciate the details, to value the beauty of the everyday, and to understand that each place has its own rhythm, visual language, and story to tell. Her art reflects her personal journey: a blend of colors, shapes, and textures that evoke the places she has visited, the people she has met, and the works she has admired. This lifestyle on the move has not only allowed her to grow as an artist but also as a human being. "Painting urban landscapes is my way of capturing the spiritual essence of cities. Each city is a unique universe, where architecture and atmosphere tell stories through their buildings, streets, and squares."
