Tina Palu ( Marina Frantova) was born in 1985, in the city of Yerevan. She has been living and creating in Prague since 2000. Tina spent her childhood in various places around the world. She lived on different continents and often changed environments and schools. Thanks to this, she gained a great perspective, the ability to adapt and a source of inspiration from many cultures. Life in emigration had a strong influence on shaping her relationship with art. After graduating from grammar school in 2005 - 2011, Tina studied diplomacy and international relations at FSV UK. Freedom, independence and unconventionality are her main credo in life. Painting is “my way of self-expression” she says. She has been creating abstract, imaginary and expressive paintings for twenty years. It combines techniques such as oil, acrylic, pastel, sprays and structuring materials. Currently she creates in a studio in Mala Strana, Prague, under representation POM Gallery, where you can see most of her work. Tina Palu regularly exhibit at home and abroad. She love classical music, opera, and she has been playing the piano and organ. Tina and her husband raise two children.
