I’m a contemporary painter based in the U.S., working primarily with acrylic and oil on canvas. My work is rooted in an intuitive, layered process that explores memory, emotion, and the subconscious. Each piece begins without a predetermined outcome. Instead, I let the painting unfold gradually—building the surface through layering, pulling, scratching, and subtracting. This method mirrors how memory works: revealing and obscuring moments in equal measure. Textures, subtle shifts, and gestural marks become metaphors for the fragility and persistence of human experience. I draw inspiration from internal landscapes—fleeting sensations, emotional undercurrents, and quiet thresholds that resist explanation. By balancing control with spontaneity, I aim to create spaces that feel both intimate and open, inviting viewers to engage with their own inner worlds. My paintings are held in private collections across the U.S. and internationally. I’m continually evolving my practice through exploration, reflection, and presence in the creative process. Thank you for being here.
