This work on metal re-uses an old road sign. It indicated the direction of traffic circulation, hence the title of the work. Inspired by pure color and metallic material, it represents freedom of expression, spring flowering and the force of life. The background red, on the right, is the original color of the panel. Ready to hang.

Roxane Malu's artworks combine pleasurable childish mark-making, patterning, gestural application of colour and delicate shapes. She works with colorful palette and mixed media (pencils, inks, pastels, acrylic, oil, spraypaint...). She wants to allow the viewer to apply freely their own experiences and feelings to the canvas, without any prior direction. Working intuitively across each composition, she don't know the outcome of the piece. The painting evolves as a emotional and therapeutic process, driven by music, light and moment. Roxane lives and works in Walloon Brabant, Belgium. As an emerging professional artist in 2020, she shared her work through different exhibitions and her artworks has already been collected across Belgium, France, Germany and in the USA. She likes the idea of transmitting to people, through her works, a kind of pure energy.
